Kriteria does not currently provide regulated credit rating services to the public.
Credit ratings and research to be published by Kriteria will be expressions of opinion and not statements of fact or recommendations to purchase, sell, or hold any securities. Kriteria's credit ratings will not address the suitability of any security for a particular investor. Ratings will be based on information obtained from issuers and other sources that Kriteria considers reliable. However, Kriteria does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information used in its rating process.
Once its credit rating services commence, Kriteria may receive compensation from issuers for providing credit rating services. Kriteria maintains policies and procedures to address potential conflicts of interest, including the separation of commercial and analytical activities. Kriteria's rating analysts will not be permitted to have financial interests in the entities they rate.
All Kriteria rating methodologies will be reviewed and approved by our Methodology Committee, which operates independently of the commercial function. Methodologies will be subject to periodic review and public consultation before adoption. Methodologies will be published on our website upon official launch.
